The Honor Tour

From May 11th- June 6, 2019, Domenic Esposito and The Opioid Spoon Project embarked on a multi-city “HONOR” tour. Domenic traveled along the East Coast with a specially created 800lb opioid spoon sculpture to memorialize those who have lost their opioid addiction battles. The Honor tour was designed to provide individuals in each location with the opportunity to personally sign the spoon to honor the memory of loved ones lost.
